Dosage

• For adults , take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily.
• For children , administer 4 drops once a day.
• Take directly or add to your favorite drink.
• Shake well.

Precautions :

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• If the pipette touches your lips or oral tissues, wash and dry it thoroughly before placing it back in the bottle and closing it completely.
• Preferably take with a meal containing fat.
• Not intended for use in infants.
• Administer to children under 4 years of age only under the guidance of a pediatrician.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult a doctor if you are pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
• Discard if the product changes color, becomes cloudy and/or shows surface changes.

• Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) (from Lanolin) 10 mcg (400 IU)

Other ingredients : MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides). MCT oil from coconut/palm kernel oil.
