Osmo Sil-plus silicone plaster 8x8 cm sterile

OsMo® Sil-plus is a sterile, self-adhesive plaster with a continuous perforated silicone layer. OsMo® Sil-plus consists of a flexible, water vapor-permeable polyurethane film, a polymer layer capable of trapping bacteria, a super-absorbent foam layer that helps cushion the wound, and a perforated adhesive silicone layer.

Reliable hold and easy to remove: thanks to gentle, even adhesion with silicone technology, it sticks securely, even with repeated adjustments to the plaster's position.

Excellent exudate management . Highly effective in exudate absorption, can remain on the wound for up to 7 days.

Protection against external influences ; germ-proof, breathable polyurethane film; silicone patch can be used for showering (waterproof)

Atraumatic, low-pain dressing change. Suitable for sensitive skin, for very hairy skin, for children and the elderly. Fine-pored polyurethane foam prevents ingrowth of granulation tissue.
