Contains: (per 1 tablet):
400 mg Ca, 150 mg Mg, 5 mg Zn, 5 mcg (200 IU) Vitamin D3, manganese 500 mcg, selenium 25 mcg and boron 0.3 mg.

Administration method:
1-2 tablets daily, before or during the main meals, or as prescribed by the doctor.
