Properties:

• Fatty acids are essential for the body's health, but they cannot be synthesized by the body. Flax seeds have a high concentration of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids.
• Omega 3-6-9 protects the heart, lowers blood pressure, prevents the aggregation of platelets, increases mitochondrial function and decreases the risk of myocardial infarction.

A 1g capsule of linseed oil contains:

• 500mg of alpha linoleic acid (Omega 3)
• 123 mg linoleic acid (Omega 6)
• 140 mg oleic acid (Omega 9)
• 72 mg of other fatty acids and phytonutrients.

Mode of administration
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule a day with plenty of water.
