Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid compound derived from non-genetically modified soy lecithin. Phosphatidylserine plays an important role in the composition of cell membranes and in intercellular communication. It is a particularly important structural component of nerve cell membranes, where it supports the conduction of electrical impulses and facilitates the activity of neurotransmitters.

Ingredients: Phosphatidylserine (from soy), Choline (choline bitartrate), inositol, filler: cellulose powder, hypromellose capsule shell (cellulose capsule), silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Contains soy (phosphatidylserine).

Daily serving: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day, preferably during meals.
