Pollen is composed of approximately 55% carbohydrates, 35% proteins, 3% vitamins and minerals, 2% fatty acids and 5% other nutrients.
The therapeutic and nutritional value of pollen is evident in all types of nutritional deficiencies in which it is necessary to use products whose concentration of active principles is superior to honey.
