Whether it's a poor choice of beans, processing, or rapid roasting of the coffee, we've found that this type of coffee just isn't good for us. And so we set out to research the criteria of a truly reliable coffee bean (100% Arabica) and the alchemical approach to both bean selection and roasting to get as close as possible to 100% of the potential hidden in coffee.
