Proktis-M Plus rectal ointment is a preparation that supports the regeneration of the mucosa of the anal canal and rectum.

This medical device is indicated for conditions following anal procedures and surgeries, hemorrhoidal disease, including internal and external hemorrhoids.

The ointment can also be applied to inflammation of the anus and rectum, crypt inflammation, anal fissures and cracks, and perianal fistulas.

How does it work:

• Proktis-M Plus Vaseline-based hemorrhoid ointment contains hyaluronic acid in the form of sodium salt. This has a soothing and regenerative effect. It also moisturizes the anal mucosa
• The addition of an aescin derivative positively affects the elasticity and tone of veins
• Beta-sitosterol, in turn, strengthens the protective lipid layer of the epidermis
• Polidocanol, on the other hand, relieves pain and relieves itching and burning. Its action is supported by glycyrrhizic acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties.

Proktis-M Plus works quickly and provides noticeable relief after the first application.

The tube with an applicator facilitates precise application of the rectal ointment to the target site.

Ingredients:

White petrolatum, white petrolatum oil, propylene glycol, polidocanol, escino-ß-sitosterol phytosomes, glycyrrhizic acid phytosomes, BHT, sodium hyaluronic acid.

How to use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application
• The rectal ointment should be applied twice daily: morning and evening. If possible, it is best to apply the ointment after a bowel movement
• Apply a thin layer of ointment topically
• For rectal use, use the appropriate applicator – screw the applicator onto the tube and squeeze the ointment until the applicator is full
• Insert the applicator into the rectum and squeeze the tube again to release the ointment into the anal canal.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
