Dosage

Take 1-2 capsules per day as needed. Swallow the capsule with a small amount of water or pour the powder directly into food, drink or just in your mouth. The package contains 15-30 daily doses depending on the selected dose.

Warning

Not suitable for children under 3 years old. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of children. Protect from light. Contains a round absorbent to reduce any moisture, do not consume!
