Other ingredients: Aqueous extract of vegetables and plants (carrot, spinach, fennel), concentrated fruit juices (pear, grape, blackcurrant, water, berries, cherries, oranges, beetroot, lemon, apple), carob extract, aqueous yeast extract, honey, aqueous rosehip extract containing 4% vitamin C, ferrous gluconate, wheat germ extract, vitamin C, natural flavor, vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, maltodextrin.

Free from: Sugar, alcohol, chemical preservatives or additives.

Recommended dosage

• Adults and children over 12 years: 20 ml per day, preferably 20-30 minutes before meals and without simultaneous consumption of calcium-rich foods. For better use of the nutrients contained, it is suggested to divide the daily amount into 2 doses before meals (for example, 2 times a day 10 ml).
• Children 6-12 years: Once a day, 10 ml.
• Children 3-5 years: Once a day, 5 ml.
