Ingredients:
The plant has aerial parts – the blood of the gorse (Nigritella nigra) 12%; dandelion (Taraxum officinale) 11%; corn silk (Stigmata maydis) 10%; stinging nettle (Urtica diocica) 10%; elder (Sambucus nigra) 10%; Centaurium umbellatum (Centaurium umbellatum) 10%; blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillius) 4%; birch leaves (Betula verrucosa) 4%; chicory (Cichorium intybus) 4%; horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) 4%; watercress (Archemilla vulgaris) 4%; mouse tail (Achillea millefolium L.) 4%; buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula) 4%; large sedge (Agrimonia eupatoria) 4%; deer tongue (Phyllitis scolopendrium) 4%; wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) 1%.
Administration method:
Administer a cup with 250 ml of infusion on an empty stomach, half an hour before the main meals.
Method of preparation:
- An infusion is prepared from a spoon full of herbs added to 250 ml of boiling water.
- When the water boils, add the herbs, stop boiling, then leave to cool for 20 minutes at room temperature, then strain.
- Thus the tea is ready.
Contraindications:
- It is not indicated for people with hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Warnings:
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (RDA).
- Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.

I recently discovered Aroma Plant Bonchis Silhouette tea and I've been drinking it for almost three weeks now and, honestly, I feel great!
The first thing I noticed was the feeling of relief and the fact that I no longer feel bloated. It's as if my body has "cleansed" itself from the inside. In terms of pounds, the difference isn't much on the scales, but in my clothes it's clear to see - I feel looser and better about myself.
