Daily portion: Children over 3 years and adults 5 drops per day. Shake the bottle vigorously. Administer the drops directly into the mouth, on a spoon, or dissolve in a liquid, for example milk, water or fruit juice at a temperature of up to 37oC.

10 ml contains 40 recommended daily portions of 5 drops.
