Slit gauze dressings for professional wound care

MaiMed MKS sterile gauze slit compresses are ready-to-use, sterile dressings made of 100% cotton. These compresses are 17-ply and comply with the DIN EN 14079-VM17 standard. Thanks to their innovative Y-slit, they are particularly well-suited for covering drains and cannulas and for external wound care.

Material and quality

The compresses are made entirely of gauze (100% cotton) with a thread count of 17 (23 g/m²). They are manufactured to a high standard and comply with the quality requirements of the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC.

MaiMed MKS sterile compresses are designed for use in external wound care. They are particularly suitable for covering drains and cannulas.

The compresses are sterilized using ethylene oxide (EO), which ensures a high standard of hygiene.
