Description

It helps to maintain a good mood, has a positive effect on the good functioning of the digestive system and the excretory function of the kidneys.

Recommended use:

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tablespoon (2 g) of St. John's wort. Set aside to infuse, covered, for 30 minutes. Drink twice a day.

A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

It should not be used in people allergic to St. John's wort, after organ transplants, in children and in pregnant and lactating women.

When using St. John's wort, avoid direct exposure to sunlight/UV rays.

People taking medication should consult a doctor before consuming the product.
