Properties:
It is recommended for maintaining the health of the hepato-biliary system, supports the functions of the liver and ensures its normal functioning. St. John's wort has calming properties and is effective in reducing negative mental states.

Administration method:
Internal:
- the powder for sublingual administration - the plant is finely ground with an electric grinder. Take a grated teaspoon 4 times a day, on an empty stomach. The powder is kept under the tongue for 10-15 minutes, after which it is swallowed with water;
- cold maceration - prepare from a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of water, keep for 6-8 hours at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of macerated per day, 30 minutes before meals;
- the infusion - prepare a spoonful of the plant added to 250ml of boiling water, keep for 15 minutes at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. Administer 3 cups of infusion per day, 30 minutes before meals.
External:
- to eliminate the discomfort that appears on the skin, local washes are made or administered in the form of compresses with macerated or herbal infusion;
- to eliminate the discomfort that occurs in the oral cavity, local washes are made with its macerate with the infusion of the plant;
- to reduce the discomfort that occurs at the level of hemorrhoidal veins and the anal mucosa, local washes or sitz baths are performed 3-4 times a day with the infusion or maceration obtained from the plant.

Contraindications:
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, intolerance to St. John's wort.
