In addition, the essential oils of mint, chamomile, lemon balm, fennel have antispasmodic, antiemetic, motility regulating, gastrointestinal, analgesic and soothing effects. Dandelion and yarrow add stomachic and choleretic-cholagogic effects to the tea.

Indications:

Gastroduodenal ulcer, hyperacid gastritis, gastro-biliary reflux, hiatal hernia, spastic stomach.

Ingredients:

Calendulae flowers (Calendulae flos), mint (Menthae herba), chamomile flowers (Chamomillae flos), cowslip (Polygonii herba), dandelion leaves (Taraxaci folium), yarrow (Millefolii herba), fennel fruits (Foeniculi fructus), lemon balm leaves (Melissae folium).

How to prepare:

Pour a cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture and leave covered for 10-15 minutes, then strain.

How to use:

• Drink 3-4 cups a day, half an hour before meals
• The duration of a regular course of treatment is 6-8 weeks, or as recommended by the doctor.
