Ingredients:
1 sachet of 3g contains: Roinita leaf extract 333 mg, Passiflora extract 100 mg; Magnesium 56.25 mg (15%*); Melatonin 5 mg.

Melatonin contributes to alleviating sleep disorders1, reducing the time needed to fall asleep2 and regulating the physiological rhythm of the sleep-wake cycle3.
1 The beneficial effect is obtained under conditions of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg of melatonin administered before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination.
2 The beneficial effect is obtained under conditions of consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.
3 The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of a daily consumption of 5 mg of melatonin.

Way of ussage:
1 sachet per day dissolved in 150 ml of warm water, in the evening before going to bed or as needed. Intended for adults.

Warnings:
