How to use
We recommend taking 2 teaspoons once a day, dissolved in a large glass of water (approximately 250 ml), preferably on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before the main meal.
To increase the effectiveness and digestibility of the product, we recommend adding a tablespoon of lemon juice.
