Description
Dietary supplement containing modified-release Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Carnosine, Zinc (patented combination LICA), Vitamin D, and B vitamins. Alpha-Lipoic Acid is a disulfide compound that plays a cofactor in vital reactions that produce energy for the body. Carnosine is a dipeptide composed of Beta-Alanine and L-Histidine and is present in fairly high concentrations in excitable tissues, including nervous tissue and skeletal muscle. Vitamins B2 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal energy-yielding metabolism. In particular, vitamin B2, together with zinc, promotes the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D promotes the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus.

How to use
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably before meals. Consult your doctor before using this product.
