Ascorbic acid, better known as vitamin C, supports the immune system. Since vitamin C is water-soluble, it must be obtained through food. Citrus fruits are known to be a good source, however, various factors, such as intestinal diseases or improper storage, can affect absorption.

The Vitamin C Hevert 500 mg buffered dietary supplement helps improve vitamin C intake. Each capsule contains 500 mg of acid-free vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate, which is particularly gentle on the stomach. This German product is vegan and free of sugar, lactose, and gluten.

Especially recommended for:

• People with sensitive stomachs
• Insufficient vitamin C intake through diet
• Increased risk of oxidative stress, for example due to smoking or intense training.

Recommended intake

Adults and adolescents aged 15 and over are recommended to take 1-2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. If taking 2 capsules, these should be divided into two doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
