Detrix

Detrix contains Vitamin D3 3000 IU, with high absorption due to the natural extract obtained from lanolin (sheep's wool).

Natural sources of vitamin D3 have been identified as an alternative to synthetic substances, preferred by many who are interested in strengthening their immune and skeletal systems and supplementing their D3 deficiencies.

Compared to other sources, natural Vitamin D3 has proven its effectiveness on health. Natural Vitamin D3 is obtained from lanolin. Lanolin is a waxy substance secreted by sheep's skin and impregnated in their wool. Vitamin D3 is formed when lanolin is exposed to sunlight. Lanolin is harvested by shearing sheep, a process that does not harm the animal. The freshly sheared wool is boiled in water, and the lanolin, like oil, remains on the surface of the water. The lanolin obtained is further processed and packaged as a dietary supplement.

Detrix supports the immune system, activates the body's natural defences, ensures optimal bone density and bone health, plays an essential role in the growth and development of the skeletal system, and supports dental health.

In addition, Detrix ensures the complete absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body, ensures joint flexibility and mobility, maintains normal calcium concentration in the blood, ensures normal cell division, and improves muscle system function. 

Vitamin D3 is also called the sunshine vitamin. It is a fat-soluble vitamin and the only vitamin that can be produced by the human body after exposure to the sun's UV rays.

The correct intake of vitamin D3 also increases the body's resistance to certain diseases, facilitates the development of the skeletal system and teeth, and bone mineralisation.

Detrix is indicated for conditions of the osteoarticular or muscular systems: rickets, osteoporosis, osteomalacia, decalcification, decreased bone density, fractures, muscle cramps, etc.

In skin conditions: dermatitis, acne, infections, psoriasis, vitiligo, immune deficiencies, bacterial or viral infections.

In autoimmune diseases: lupus, Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis, Crohn's disease, coeliac disease, cystic fibrosis, oncological conditions, depression.

Neurodegenerative diseases: Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, anxiety, dental conditions and procedures, diabetes mellitus.

It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day for both children and adults.

Administration should be during the cold season (September to April), when exposure to sunlight is low. It is particularly recommended for people who spend a lot of time indoors (office, home, school, etc.) and who live in polluted areas, for people with a weakened immune system, hypocalcaemia, premenopausal and menopausal women prone to bone density loss, people suffering from seasonal depression and/or anxiety, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

There is also Detrix forte, which contains 5000 IU of vitamin D3, to be taken as 1 capsule per day, starting at age 11.
