Diabetiker contains:

• Magnesium 200 mg
• Vitamin C 200 mg
• Vitamin E 42 mg
• Zinc 5 mg
• Niacin 18 mg
• Vitamin B12 – 9 µg
• Pantothenic acid 6 mg
• Vitamin B6 – 3 mg
• Vitamin B1 – 2 mg
• Vitamin B2 – 1.6 mg
• Folic acid 450 µg
• Chromium 60 µg
• Biotin 150 µg
• Selenium 30 µg

Diabetiker is administered as 1 tablet per day with sufficient liquid, preferably in the morning after a meal.

If necessary, the tablets can be halved.

• Magnesium: plays a role in the normal functioning of the skeletal and muscular systems, is involved in normal protein synthesis, energy metabolism and maintaining electrolyte balance, and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Vitamin C: supports the normal functioning of the immune system, helps protect cells against oxidative stress, increases iron absorption and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the skeletal system, ligaments and blood vessels.
• Vitamin E: contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
• Zinc: contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and nails, plays an important role in normal cognitive function and the normal functioning of the immune system. The presence of zinc in optimal amounts in the body helps the normal metabolism of vitamin A. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes and normal vision.
• Vitamin B3 (Niacin): is important for the body through its involvement in normal energy metabolism, but also by contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system and maintaining mental health.
• Vitamin B12: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of mental health, is involved in the formation of the myelin sheath that surrounds nerve fibres, which are essential for the transmission of nerve impulses in the body, contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, the process of cell division and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
• Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): contributes to the metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and certain neurotransmitters, reduces fatigue and exhaustion, and helps maintain normal mental performance.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): helps in the normal formation of red blood cells and normal homocysteine metabolism. If homocysteine is not metabolised properly, its concentration can increase and become a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal metabolism of proteins and glycogens, and the regulation of hormonal activity. 
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): is necessary for the transmission of nerve impulses and helps with normal energy metabolism. It is known as the "good mood vitamin", has tonic effects and is useful for those suffering from motion sickness (kinetosis); it contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of mental health. 
• Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): plays a role in maintaining healthy mucous membranes and skin, as well as normal vision. It helps convert fats, carbohydrates and proteins into energy.
• Folic acid: is one of the main substances recommended for nervous system health, plays an important role in reducing the risk of neural tube defects in newborns, contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Folic acid deficiency is associated with increased homocysteine levels, which have a direct effect on the development of atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases.
• Chromium: recommended for people with diabetes, due to its contribution to maintaining normal blood glucose concentrations. This mineral is also used by the body for normal macronutrient metabolism.
