Nervocalmin Easy Sleep contains 3 mg of melatonin, 80 mg of valerian root extract and 0.7 mg of vitamin B6. Melatonin, also known as the ‘sleep hormone’, helps alleviate sleep disorders and reduce the time needed to fall asleep. Valerian relaxes the body during sleep, promotes deep, dreamless sleep, increases sleep time and reduces the number of night-time awakenings, thus improving sleep quality. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, maintains mental health and reduces fatigue and physical exhaustion.

Nervocalmin Relaxation contains extracts of Valerian root 125 mg, Passion flower 40 mg, Peppermint leaves 25 mg, Lemon balm leaves 25 mg and Vitamin B6 0.7 mg. The ingredients in Nervocalmin Relaxation are well known for their sedative and calming effects on the nervous system, for their effects in maintaining calm, good mood, concentration and mental clarity.
