Regarding minerals, the amount of sodium has been increased to 250 mg and magnesium to 18.15 mg, while potassium has been reduced to 54.01 mg, resulting in a lower ratio than previous capsule salts. They contain ginger extract to improve digestion, a common issue in this type of exercise. Single-dose format, individual capsules. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before and after exercise. Take 1 capsule every 30-60 minutes during exercise, with at least one glass of water (150 ml) while taking it.
