It is an active, dry yeast, gluten-free, without additives.
The package contains 3 sachets equivalent to 3 25g cubes of fresh yeast.
How to use:
Pour a sachet of yeast and a teaspoon of sugar into half a glass (50 ml) of warm water. Mix and leave to dissolve for about 10 minutes. When a rich foam has formed, add to the ingredients of the chosen recipe and follow the instructions. Let the already shaped dough rise for about an hour, until it doubles in volume. Place in the preheated oven. Each sachet is equivalent to a 25 g cube of fresh yeast.
