DER 20:1 standardized to 45% content of (-) epigallocatechin-3-gallate, niacin (nicotinamide), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), riboflavin (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine mononitrate), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 sachet daily.

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a bottle with 500 ml of water. Use during or after physical exercise.
