How to use:

Aromatherapy: 3-6 drops per 1 liter of water should be placed in an air humidifier or atomizer. 2-4 drops per 100 ml of water for fireplace or scented lamps.

Bath: 4-6 drops of bergamot oil in a bath with warm water.

Skin care: apply 5 drops of bergamot oil with a glass of carrier oil to the affected part of the skin. Mix 2-3 drops of bergamot oil with a tablespoon of coconut oil and rub on your teeth and gums to maintain optimal oral health.
