Cream

The product is indicated for the treatment of skin irritations and lesions.
In particular, it is intended to cover acute and chronic wounds (abrasions, tissue donor sites, postoperative incisions, first and second degree burns, vascular and metabolic ulcers and bedsores) and to provide a moist environment, thus protecting against abrasion, friction and dehydration.

The product is a topical preparation that contains hyaluronic acid as its main ingredient.
Hyaluronic acid is a biological polysaccharide (glycosaminoglycan) distributed in the cellular matrix of many tissues.
Due to its hydrophilic properties, it provides a hydrated space around and between cells, thus facilitating cell migration.

Composition
Main component: sodium salt of hyaluronic acid 0.2%.
Other ingredients: polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate, oleic acid decyl ester, emulsifying wax, glycerol, sorbitol solution 70%, sodium dehydroacetate, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, perfume, purified water.

How to use
Wounds and ulcers should be cleaned and disinfected before treatment.
Apply a thin layer of cream to the wound surface, two or more times a day.
The treated area should be covered with sterile gauze or a sterile bandage.
Do not administer to patients with known individual hypersensitivity to the product components.

Do not use the packaging if it is damaged.
Do not use the product after the expiration date stated on the packaging.
Avoid direct contact of the container with the wound.
Each tube of product should be used by only one patient to reduce the risk of cross-infection.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use with disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts, as hyaluronic acid may precipitate in their presence.
Concomitant topical treatment of wounds with antibiotics or other local agents has never given rise to interactions or incompatibilities with the product.

Conservation
Store below 30°C.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.
