ConvaFoam Silicone consists of a showerproof, breathable polyurethane film as the outer protective layer. The soft, multi-layered absorbent wound pad contains polyurethane foam, superabsorbent fibers, and a wound contact layer made of hydrofiber (sodium carboxymethylcellulose). A perforated adhesive silicone layer, which acts as both a wound and skin contact layer, secures the pad in place.
