How to use
Start by taking 2-3 sachets per day for the first 3-4 days, dissolving them in a glass of water (150 ml), preferably in the morning and evening, on an empty bladder. To help dissolve the product, we recommend using warm water.
The presence of any powder clumps inside the sachet does not affect the quality of the product.
