How to use:

1. Mix 250g of spelled whole wheat flour, 500g of rye flour, 1 packet of organic Lecker's rye yeast, 1 packet of dry yeast, 1 tablespoon of beet sugar syrup, 600 ml of warm water and 20g of salt.
2. Knead the dough well and let it rise in a suitable container for one hour in a warm place.
3. Place the dough on a preheated baking sheet in the oven and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.
4. For a shiny crust, brush hot bread with salted water after baking.
