Instructions for use

Preparation: Make sure both the applicator and the menstrual cup are clean and dry before use. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to ensure proper hygiene.
Assembly: Place the menstrual cup inside the Enna Cycle applicator. Make sure it is fully inserted into the applicator and correctly positioned for insertion.
Folding: Fold the menstrual cup inside the applicator using your preferred folding method. Some common options are the C-fold, U-fold, or tulip fold.
Insertion: With the menstrual cup folded inside the applicator, gently insert the end of the applicator into the vagina. Push the plunger of the applicator to release the menstrual cup into place. Make sure the cup is fully inside the vagina and correctly positioned behind the pubic bone.
Removal: When you need to remove the menstrual cup, grasp the end of the applicator and gently pull it out. The menstrual cup should easily slide out of the vagina. Be sure to empty and wash the menstrual cup before reinserting it into the applicator for next use.
Cleaning: After each use, clean the Enna Cycle applicator with warm water and mild soap. Make sure to dry it completely before storing it in a clean, dry place until next use.
Storage: Store the Enna Cycle applicator in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
