ingredients
Iron pyrophosphate on starch and sunflower lecithin; medium chain triglycerides; edible gelatin; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; firming agent: glycerol; phosphatidylcholine in medium chain triglycerides; colour: iron oxide (E172).

How to use
The recommended dose is one softgel per day, taken at any time of the day. Consult your doctor for dosage and duration of supplementation during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
