Viburnum bark – thanks to the content of many valuable ingredients with astringent properties (including tannins), it is used in the form of a bath to soothe and tone all skin irritations (mainly the skin of the anus).

• It may have a slightly antispasmodic and analgesic effect – traditionally used externally in herbal medicine for muscle tension.

For bathing.

Use

Pour 1/4 of the bag's contents (approx. 12.5 g) with 1 liter of water, bring to a boil, and simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Cover and let steep for an hour, stirring several times. Then strain into a bathtub filled with water. Soaking time: approximately 20 minutes at 37°C.

Store the guelder rose bark in a dry place, protected from light.
