How to use
Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon of chamomile flowers. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain. The infusion is best consumed warm.
Contraindications and precautions
Do not use if you are allergic to chamomile or other plants in the Asteraceae family. Store in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of small children.
