How to use
Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of ginkgo biloba leaf (approx. 1.5 g), cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and drink the warm, freshly prepared infusion.

Store in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of small children. Do not use this product in children, pregnant women, or during breastfeeding. Do not use if you are taking anticoagulants.
