KERMA handmade gauze swabs, balloon-shaped

KERMA gauze swabs are handmade, balloon-shaped, looped gauze swabs made of 20-thread cotton (compliant with DIN EN 14079 - VM20, Ph.Eur.). They are characterized by their high absorbency, making them ideal for professional use in medical practices, clinics, and nursing homes. The swabs are available both sterile (steam-sterilized at 134°C) and non-sterile, and their various sizes cover a wide range of applications. They are manufactured without a radiopaque thread and without a rubber band.

Areas of application

Depending on their size, gauze swabs are used for gentle wound cleansing, absorbing blood and secretions, and preparing the skin for disinfection. Instructions for use

Non-sterile gauze swabs are only suitable for applications where sterility is not required. Dispose of used swabs after use in accordance with local regulations.
