Use

Put the required amount, no larger than a coin, in the palm and gently lather the shampoo. Then it is applied to the hair from the ends to the roots and massaged with the fingers. Soft and without nails.

It is recommended to use it once every 2-3 days, but if you put your hair to the gym or it becomes extremely greasy, you can wash it more often. But definitely don't overdo it, and if you can't go a day without shampoo, consider getting the Hair Shot tonic, which you can use to refresh your hair in an emergency.
