Instructions for preparation

Pour 0.3 l of boiling water over 1 infusion bag, let it infuse for 10 minutes and pour 1 inulin bag into the infusion. Stir vigorously until dissolved.

2 x daily 1 portion (1 bag of herbal mixture + 1 bag of inulin)
