HydroTac transparent and HydroTac transparent comfort

HydroTac transparent and HydroTac transparent comfort are sterile, transparent, single-use hydrocellular gel dressings (with or without an adhesive border) made of a hydrated polyurethane polymer with glycerin. The dressing releases moisture and absorbs a small amount of exudate, thus maintaining a moist wound environment. The high water content of approximately 60% promotes wound healing by stimulating granulation and epithelialization. HydroTac transparent (comfort) is transparent, allowing for atraumatic dressing changes. Due to its transparency, wound inspection is possible at any time without removing the dressing. The product is coated with a semipermeable layer that prevents bacterial penetration.

• HydroTac transparent: The borderless dressing can be cut to the desired size. The gel dressing initially has a slight self-adhesive effect; however, for permanent fixation, a suitable secondary dressing (e.g., adhesive strips or bandages) must be used.
• HydroTac transparent comfort: is a wound dressing with a skin-friendly, surrounding adhesive border made of polyacrylic. No additional materials are required to secure this dressing.

Application:
For the long-term treatment of dry or low-exuding wounds in the granulation and epithelialization phase.
