Description
Lactovaginal Intima is a specialized gynecological fluid for hygiene and care of intimate areas. The preparation is especially recommended for women prone to intimate infections, because due to its physiological reaction, it supports the natural balance of the microflora of intimate places. Lactovaginal Intima protects against microorganisms, among others: as:
- bacteria (Escherichia coli, Streptococcus agalactiae, Gardnerella vaginalis),
- yeasts of the genus Candida (Candida albicans, Candida glabrata).
The main ingredient of the liquid is the metabolites of lactic acid bacteria - L. rhamnosus 573 bacilli, which help to maintain the appropriate vaginal pH, thus protecting against the development of pathogenic bacteria. Adequate bacterial flora of intimate places is a natural barrier against fungi and bacteria. Lactovaginal Intima additionally contains moisturizing hyaluronic acid and lactic acid.
