Dosage

Adults: 1x a day 10ml (2 teaspoons) pregnant women: 3x a day 5ml (1 teaspoon) breastfeeding: 1x a day 15ml

Correct use of liposomal calcium Pour a dose - 2 teaspoons of liposomal calcium+D3+C into 1 dcl, e.g. orange juice, tea or water and drink. The taste of liposomal vitamins e.g. it is almost completely neutralized in the juice.

The expiration date of the product is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Store unopened in a cool, dry, dark place, ideally in the refrigerator. After opening, keep in the refrigerator for a maximum of 30 days. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not store liposomal products. They are best as fresh as possible.
