Place the cuff around your arm and secure it, leaving 2-3 cm above the elbow.
Inflate the cuff by turning the pressure wheel until you can no longer hear the pulse.
Listen through the stethoscope, gradually deflating the cuff. The first sound is the systolic pressure, and the disappearance of the sounds indicates the diastolic pressure.
Read the values ​​on the pressure gauge.
Completely release the air and remove the cuff. Clean the device after each use.
