Properties of Mefix®

The special, length-marked protective film allows for easy removal and economical cutting of the material. Furthermore, the wave-perforated protective film is characterized by its ease of handling.

The skin-friendly, solvent-free, water-based polyacrylate adhesive ensures a secure and gentle fixation. The non-woven fabric itself is soft, elastic, and non-absorbent, providing high wearing comfort and preventing saturation.

Mefix® material properties

The porous non-woven fabric of Mefix® ensures permeability to air and water vapor. The material is stretchable, adapts to body contours, and allows movement without compromising fixation.

Practical details

The protective paper is marked every 10 cm and has a perforated slit, which makes peeling off the paper and applying the bandage easier. Mefix® can also be quickly cut to the desired length, simplifying its use in practice.
