Food supplement with magnesium, boswellia, L-tryptophan (serotonin precursor).
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
Boswellia counteracts localized states of tension.
The product is:
- does not contain gluten and can also be consumed by people with celiac disease;
- does not contain sodium, can be taken by hypertensive patients;
- does not contain lactose or milk derivatives;
- can also be taken by vegetarians and vegans.
Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to its components.

ingredients
Each sachet contains:
Magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate) (225 mg), Boswellia (175 mg), L-tryptophan (150 mg).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 or 2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (approximately 150 ml), after main meals (lunch and dinner).
Initially, the dose should be 2 sachets per day, for at least 15 days.
Then, continue with 1 sachet per day for at least 1 month.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
There is no scientific data available on use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
It is advisable to consult your doctor, especially in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Conservation
