Ingredients: Lactobacillus acidophilus Er-2 strain 317/402 Narine, bifidobacterium bifidum, Escherichia coli M-17, capsule shell: gelling agent - gellan gum, glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Daily dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: 2 capsules 3 times a day, 15-20 minutes before meals.

Duration of use: For an optimal effect, it is recommended to take it for 5-6 weeks.

Contraindications: Individual intolerance to the ingredients of the product.
