The Barza ovulation test is a rapid test that detects the presence of luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine to find out the best time to get pregnant.

Before use:

• prepare a clean and dry container for collecting urine
• take a watch to count the time it takes to read the result
• check the expiration date, written on the box
• do not use the test if the sachet is perforated or unsealed
• remove the test from the sachet just before use
• Testing in the early morning hours is not recommended
• reduce the amount of fluids consumed 2 hours before testing
• test yourself every day, at about the same time.

To determine when to start testing, you need to know what your normal menstrual cycle length is.

This is calculated from the first day of menstruation to the last day before the next menstruation.

If your menstrual cycle is irregular, consider the shortest cycle in the last 3 months.

How to use:

• Collect urine in a clean, dry container. Remove the test from the pouch and discard the desiccant, insert the test into the urine with the arrow tip pointing down, up to the MAX line, for 3 seconds
• Wait 5 minutes for the result to appear.
• The appearance of a single red line in the control region (C) or the appearance of a lighter line in the test region (T) indicates a negative result - there is no ovulation. The appearance of two red lines or the appearance of a darker line in the test region (T) indicates a positive result - ovulation will occur in the next 24 - 48 hours. The first two days are the most fertile and there is no need to continue testing. The chances of getting pregnant in the next 48 hours are maximum.
