Gymnema sylvestre is a creeper native to India that has been known for over 2,000 years for its blood sugar-regulating effects. The active ingredient gurmarin peptide is characterized by the selective blocking of sweet taste.
The preparation
Fill the bag with 1/4 l of boiling water and let it infuse for 10-15 minutes. The tea is drunk 2-3 times a day. The specified recommended dose should not be exceeded.
