Seed husks of the plantain species "Plantago ovata", which is native to India
Due to their high swelling capacity and valuable, mucilage-forming fiber, psyllium husks are particularly suitable for regulating intestinal motility and supporting weight management. In Ayurvedic medicine, psyllium husks are traditionally used for intestinal cleansing.
Application:
