Description
Sea-Band acupressure bands are a medical device intended for children over 3 years of age that alleviates the symptoms of motion sickness (vomiting, nausea) and nausea of other causes, such as those following general anesthesia or chemotherapy. Their effect is based on acupressure, which involves pressing, tapping, stroking, or touching specific areas of the body.
The clinically tested wristbands feature a built-in button that, when applied, applies pressure to a point (Nei-Kuan) located between two major tendons in the wrist. The anti-emetic effect can be felt within minutes of application. For best results, it's recommended to wear the wristbands before traveling. You can also use them while driving, flying, or cruising.
Using anti-nausea bandages in children does not cause side effects, such as drowsiness. The product is reusable and can be washed with a mild detergent. Thanks to the use of elastic fibers, it ensures comfort.
